Toigo’s mission is to inspire change – to advance more inclusive leadership within finance and beyond.

Diversity in Finance | Access to Talent

We develop leaders and foster the career advancement of highly talented women and men throughout their MBA experience.

Our 2,000 Toigo alumni are the foundation on which we have built programming to support the career ascension and retention of minority leaders in finance.

Sustained Partnership | Inclusive Leadership

For the past 35+ years, Toigo’s partnerships have persisted during times of both abrupt change and innovation. The trust we have earned, and the lessons learned allow Toigo to help organizations fulfill the promise of more inclusive workplaces through tailored strategies.

Toigo’s strong relationships with industry leaders allow us to advocate on behalf of our Alumni with C-suite and corporate board aspirations, entrepreneurial passions and more. We have built a model with a conviction to encourage thinking beyond what is comfortable to what is possible.

Today, Toigo Alumni demonstrate the amazing power of combining talent with compassion, impact with community, and business with family.

About the Gala

The Toigo Gala has long been a gathering of industry leaders and change-makers who gather annually to recognize the many individuals and organizations that are helping to drive change with respect to diversity and inclusion.

Toigo’s work has garnered the support and interest of recognized investment professionals, investors and prominent leaders from government, philanthropy, and media -all who share in the agenda around greater equity in education and leadership. Firms attend in support of their own efforts around inclusion, bringing senior leaders, investors and friends to this high-profile event. The evening presents an opportunity to showcase the talents of Toigo Alumni and to feature speakers who embrace the Foundation’s messaging around inclusion into memorable moments for the audience.

The event is also the Foundation’s annual fundraiser to support more than 200 students pursuing finance as a career – this year across 22 academic institutions.

Additionally, the Foundation continues its work to advance the success of its Alumni into careers of increased responsibility and leadership impact. Financial support allows Toigo to advance its vision to scale over the next three to five years to include thoughtful growth, the creation of more dynamic leadership and industry education programming for continuous impact on the lives of minority talent, both within and beyond the Toigo immediate population.

Organizationally, Toigo has demonstrated what many organizations have not – to skillfully show what a small tight team with deep institutional knowledge can truly accomplish. With an increased financial platform, the possibilities for Toigo to do more, serve more, and be more are endless.
